With medical model changes and health demand increasing, the nurse's skills and humanistic quality were obviously behind the requirements. For training excellent nurses, the present work analyzes the current status of nursing students humanistic quality in colleges and universities, discusses the problems for nurse’s humanistic quality education, then puts forward some measures to nurse’s humanistic professional development.
